Spinach and Bacon Egg Bites

Ingredients

12 Eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese
6 sliced of cooked bacon – chopped
2-3 cups spinach
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
cooking spray (I love chosen foods avocado oil spray)

Preheat Oven to 350*F and spray cooking spray in muffin pan

Sauté spinach in Olivier oil and garlic until slightly wilted
In a large bowl whisk eggs
add Cheddar Cheese and bacon and spinach
stir throughly ladle mixture into muffin pan being carful not to overfill.
