Sautéed Kale with Bacon

Ingredients
4 pieces of bacon
Garlic
6 cups of kale
1/2 cup of white wine or apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Brown bacon
Add rest or ingredients
Cover and reduce to medium heat, stirring occasionally until the kale is wilted
