Air Fryer Sweet Potatoes

2 lg. sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dreid parsley
Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss to coat the potatoes well.
Add sweet potatoes to air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Shake the basket at about 6 minutes and continue cooking for the remainder of the time.
