1 cup frozen mango

½ cup frozen pineapple

¼–½ frozen banana (optional)

½ cup unsweetened coconut milk

½ cup egg whites (pasteurized)

1–2 scoops compliant collagen peptides

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Squeeze of lime juice

Toppings

¼ cup mixed berries

1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

¼ cup Whole30-compliant granola (see below)

Optional: coconut flakes or hemp seeds

Directions

Blend all base ingredients until thick and creamy.

Pour into a bowl.

Top with berries, flax seeds, and any extras.
