Ingredients
1 whole grain or low-carb wrap
2–3 tbsp hummus
4 oz rotisserie or pre-cooked grilled chicken strips
¼ cup cucumbers (sliced)
¼ cup tomatoes (chopped)
1 cup fresh spinach
1–2 tbsp tzatziki or olive tapenade (optional)
Directions
Lay the whole grain or low-carb wrap flat on a clean surface.
Spread 2–3 tablespoons of hummus evenly across the wrap.
Add 4 oz of rotisserie or pre-cooked grilled chicken strips.
Layer with sliced cucumbers, chopped tomatoes, and fresh spinach.
Add a spoonful of tzatziki or olive tapenade if desired for extra flavor.
Roll the wrap tightly, slice in half, and enjoy.
